On 3 December 2020, EuParl.net held an online seminar organized by the Institutes of Contemporary History in Prague and Ljubljana. It brought together several research reports on topics related to elections in new political regimes, be it Central and Eastern Europe in 1990 or Russia in 1917. In its second part, the member organizations shared their experience of the Covid-driven year and discussed new topics that arose and would shape our future common activities.
